In 2024, GE Aerospace launched FLIGHT DECK, the proprietary lean operating model, to better serve our customers through a relentless focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, always in that order. FLIGHT DECK is how we translate strategy into operational and financial outcomes as well as strategic breakthroughs, while advancing our culture.
